Dr. Dennis Humphrey
Executive VP Organization Development and Training
Over the past 25 years, Dr. Dennis Humphrey has worked in multiple disciplines including semi-conductor manufacturing, network manufacturing, telecommunications, defense contracting, and the federal government. Ranging from Sr. Manager to Senior Executive roles, Dr. Humphrey has transformed learning and development groups, reengineered operations departments, and designed executive assessment and development centers while leading national and international implementations of organizational change and leadership
development. Dr. Humphrey is a certified consultant in the application of the Birkman method and previously completed certification in Strategic workforce planning, professional human resources, green belt lean six sigma, and project management. He continues to teach as an adjunct professor at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and as a faculty member at Northern Virginia Community College. He is a co-host of a segment on Fox-5, GTV serving the Washington DC metro area focused on over 6.3 million viewers. As a senior member of the RSG Strategic Services team, Dr. Humphrey leads the Organizational Development and Training initiatives. Academically, he has completed undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Business Management, a Masters degree in Organizational Development & Behavior, and a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology. As a veteran, he served 22 years in the Army National Guard as signal officer in Information Technology.
